Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations

Role Description VE Hospitality is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations to join our team in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Support and coordinate with the service and kitchen teams.

Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.





Assist in staff coordination and daily task allocation.

Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Handle guest queries and concerns professionally.

Support inventory and operational activities.

Assist the management team in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Any Graduate; Hotel Management qualification preferred.

0–6 months of experience in a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong customer-service orientation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
