Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage project execution from site to final completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports using MS Project or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
