Assistant Project Manager The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling construction projects to ensure completion within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Review project schedules, progress reports, and construction activities.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.

Monitor project progress against approved timelines and identify potential delays.

Review contractor submissions, work programs, method statements, and progress claims.





Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.

Support project cost control, budgeting, and change management processes.

Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and management presentations.

Track project risks and assist in implementing mitigation measures.

Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at project sites.

Assist in project documentation, record management, and close-out activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
