Experience: 1-2 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience preferred. Fresh Ph.D. holders may also be considered as per institutional norms.
Eligibility: Ph.D. in Management with specialization in Strategic Management, Finance, Operations Research, Marketing, or related Management subjects taught in allied faculties such as Faculty of Science (FOS), Polytechnic, or SITE.
Candidates pursuing Ph.D. and nearer to completion may be considered.

- Robust subject expertise in core and applied management disciplines
- Teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development capabilities
- Research orientation with the ability to publish in reputed journals
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary teaching across faculties
