Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator – Catalogue & Product Development to manage catalogue development, product coordination, exhibitions, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating with the design, production, sampling, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of marketing materials and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute product catalogues from concept to final printing.

Coordinate product range selection for catalogues and marketing materials.

Ensure all catalogue content, specifications, and visuals are accurate and updated.

Coordinate with printing vendors and internal teams for timely delivery.

Product & Plant Coordination

Coordinate with the plant, production, and sampling teams for product development.

Track new product development and sample approvals.

Ensure smooth communication between the plant and marketing teams.

Design Coordination

Work closely with the design team for catalogue layouts, product visuals, brochures, and marketing creatives.

Review artwork and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Exhibition & Event Coordination

Coordinate exhibition planning, stall branding, product displays, and sample arrangements.





Manage marketing collateral required for exhibitions and dealer events.

Coordinate logistics before, during, and after exhibitions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Design, and Management teams.

Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Follow up with internal stakeholders for approvals and execution.

Marketing Support

Coordinate brochures, sample folders, swatches, display materials, and promotional items.

Maintain records of marketing materials and inventory.

Assist in product launches and branding initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS whenever required.

Experience in Decorative Laminates, Plywood, Veneer, MDF, ACP, Building Materials, or Interior Products industry.

Experience in catalogue development and product coordination will be preferred.

Willingness to travel for plant visits, exhibitions, and dealer meetings.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or any relevant field.

Salary : 7-8 Lac PA or Based on candidate’s skills and experience
