Job Title: Assistant Manager- Warehouse & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including Inventory, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward stock.

Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.

Plan and coordinate deliveries, routes, and logistics requirements.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Manage and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and logistics partners.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock, dispatches, and deliveries.

Ensure proper handling, storage,



and safety of products within the warehouse.

Track logistics costs and work towards improving operational efficiency.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.Required Skills

Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management will be an advantage.

5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

Experience in team handling and coordination with transporters/drivers.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience: 5-7 years

Preferred Industry: F&V; Industry

Specific Skills required: Operational Exposure.

Salary Range: ₹45,000–₹60,000 (Depend on skills and interview)
