Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager – Multiple Clients is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai and will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality soft facility services across multiple client sites. The role requires strong leadership, client management, manpower planning, operational control, compliance management, and the ability to maintain service standards across geographically distributed locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client locations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and supervise housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, waste management, pest control, façade cleaning, and other soft services as applicable.
- Manage site teams, supervisors, housekeeping staff, and other operational manpower.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment, attendance, shift planning,



relievers, and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary operational point of contact.
- Handle client complaints, escalations, service deficiencies, and corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and monitor operational plans, staffing requirements, schedules, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, checklists, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor consumables, equipment, chemicals, uniforms, PPE, and other operational resources.
- Control operational costs and improve manpower and resource productivity.
- Track client-specific KPIs, SLAs, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate recruitment, induction, training, deployment, and performance management of employees.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular training programs for frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Engineering, and other internal teams.
- Support contract renewals, additional business opportunities,



and client retention initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS and management reports covering manpower, absenteeism, productivity, complaints, audits, and service performance.

Qualification
1. Education: Graduate preferred; diploma/degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field is advantageous.
2. Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facility Management / Soft Services, preferably managing multiple client locations.
3. Preferred Industry: Facility Management, Corporate Facilities, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitals, Malls, IT Parks, Manufacturing, or similar environments.
