About the Role

Kinemach Engineering and Machines Pvt. Ltd. manufactures process and mixing equipment under its Procer brand - agitators, high shear mixers, planetary and vacuum mixers, reactors, vessels and turnkey mixing systems for the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Cosmetic industries. We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Sales to grow this business: a technical seller who is comfortable inside a customer's plant, can hold a process discussion with a production or projects head, and can carry an enquiry through to order closure.

This is a front-line, target-carrying role with pan-India travel.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle - enquiry generation, technical discussion, application study, costing inputs, quotation, techno-commercial negotiation and order closure

Sell process and mixing equipment into the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetic and allied process industries

Generate your own pipeline through direct plant visits, consultant and EPC relationships, industry databases and referrals, not only inbound enquiries

Travel across India to customer plants, project sites and consultant offices

Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events, and convert the leads generated there

Understand the customer's process - product rheology, batch size, mixing duty, material of construction, GMP and documentation requirements - and translate it into the right equipment configuration

Work with the design and costing teams to build accurate and competitive offers

Follow up offers to closure, negotiate commercial terms and hand over confirmed orders to project execution

Support payment collection milestones and keep receivables healthy on your accounts

Maintain enquiry, offer and order records, and report pipeline and forecast accurately

Track competitor activity and pricing, and feed market intelligence back into product and pricing decisions

Required Skills and Experience

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical,



Production or an equivalent engineering discipline

5 to 8 years of B2B technical sales experience in capital equipment

Direct exposure to selling mixing equipment - agitators, high shear mixers, planetary mixers, homogenisers, reactors, blenders or similar - into the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Cosmetic industries

Established working relationships in the process industry, and comfort dealing with plant heads, projects heads, QA and purchase

Ability to read P&IDs;, GA drawings and equipment specifications, and to write and defend a techno-commercial offer

Strong negotiation skills and explicit ownership of order closure

Willingness to travel extensively across India

Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience selling into regulated pharmaceutical or food manufacturing - GMP environments, URS / DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ documentation, material traceability, SS316L and surface finish specifications

Exposure to turnkey or skid-mounted process systems rather than standalone machines

Experience working with process consultants and EPC contractors

Working knowledge of CRM tools and structured pipeline reporting

What We Offer

Annual CTC of Rs. 8,00,000 to Rs. 12,00,000, approximately 85 percent fixed, with a performance incentive linked to the annual order booking target

Location and Travel

Base location is Khed, Maharashtra (Pune district), in the Chakan industrial belt. The role requires extensive pan-India travel. Candidates based in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad, or willing to relocate to the Khed / Chakan area, are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
