Key Responsibilities
Handle and maintain MIS reports and ensure timely circulation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Follow up with Regional Teams to ensure adherence to processes and timely completion of operational activities.
Maintain and update CRM data to support the Regional Teams in their day-to-day operations.
Prepare and circulate sales reports and monthly performance reports for the entire team.
Coordinate with Regional Teams to collect, validate, and consolidate sales and operational data.
Travel once a month to regional locations for operational coordination and follow-ups.
Assist the National Head with day-to-day activities, reporting, coordination, and administrative requirements.
Support the National Head and Regional Teams with data, analysis, and reports required for business reviews and decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all MIS and CRM information.
