We're Hiring: Assistant Manager | Odisha

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Odisha — someone who can bridge the gap between business goals and grassroots impact.

What you'll do

- Drive marketing and outreach initiatives across the region
- Lead and support rural development programmes on the ground
- Contribute to ESG strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Support carbon credit project development — agroforestry, ARR, improved cookstoves, biogas and sustainable rice — from feasibility and farmer mobilisation through to MRV and verification
- Work closely with communities, partners, and internal teams

What we're looking for

- MBA (Marketing / Rural Management / Sustainability or related)




- Hands-on experience in marketing, rural development, and ESG
- Exposure to carbon markets or climate projects (Verra, Gold Standard, CCTS) is a robust plus
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel across Odisha
- Strong communication skills; fluency in Odia is a plus

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
