Role: Learning & Development Process Owner – Individual Contributor (IC)

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Industry: FMCG / OEM

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Alternative Saturdays working

Responsibilities

Own and Manage End-to-End Learning & Development process across Kaleesuwari Group

Deliver and Support L&D; initiatives for both Corporate and Factory locations

Qualification and Experience:

Education - Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in Human Resources

Experience - 4 –10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development

Certifications - L&D; certifications (Preferrable)

Who can Apply:-

Members,

*with robust hands-on experience in end-to-end T&D;/L&D; processes.

*who have demonstrated experience in Instructional Design, content development, TNA, competency mapping, training delivery, and training evaluation.





*who have experience working with multiple stakeholders across Corporate, Sales, and/or Manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on L&D;/T&D; qualified who can independently manage the complete learning cycle with limited support — from competency assessment and TNA to Instructional Design, content creation, training delivery, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.

The candidate should be comfortable interacting with employees and leadership across different levels and locations and should be able to translate business requirements into practical and measurable learning solutions.

Someone who have been in L&D; transition will be a best fit than merely with only executor experience.
