Job Summary

This position is to support NBFC loan operations for various loan products at Findoc Finvest. The ideal candidate would be coordinating across departments of NBFC and helping us run the smooth loan operations.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and monitor the loan disbursement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

- Handle payment receipting and allocation, including timely updating of customer repayments in the system.

- Process and manage NACH/EMI presentations, payment uploads, bounce management, and related operational activities.

- Execute and track foreclosure and part-payment requests, ensuring correct calculations and system updates.

- Manage and validate credit bureau reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.

- Prepare and maintain various MIS and operational reports for management review.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across loan management systems, bank statements, payment gateways, and third-party partners.

- Monitor and manage receipt reconciliation/reversal entries as per operational requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams including Collections, Finance, Credit, Customer Service,



and Technology for issue resolution and process improvements.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI loan operations.

- Strong understanding of loan disbursements.

- Strong understanding of EMI/NACH processes.

- Robust understanding of payment posting and receipting.

- Strong understanding of foreclosures and part payments.

- Strong understanding of credit bureau reporting.

- Strong understanding of operational reconciliations.

- Strong understanding of MIS reporting.

- Proficiency in Excel and loan management systems.

- High attention to detail and process compliance.
