Role Description The Assistant Manager Design role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting the design team in developing engineering drawings, models, and documentation for infrastructure projects in alignment with Aarvee’s standards and client requirements.

The Assistant Manager

Design collaborates with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design inputs, track progress, and resolve design-related issues. Daily responsibilities include reviewing design outputs for accuracy and compliance, assisting in the implementation of digital engineering tools,



and contributing to design optimization and value engineering. The role also requires preparing technical reports, participating in design review meetings, and ensuring that designs adhere to safety, sustainability, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in infrastructure design tools and software (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms, digital engineering tools) and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Solid understanding of civil/structural or related engineering principles, design standards, and codes applicable to infrastructure projects.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, managing design workflows, and supporting project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to perform design reviews, identify risks or inconsistencies, and contribute to design optimization and value engineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience in infrastructure consultancy or large-scale infrastructure projects, with exposure to sustainable and environmentally responsible design, is preferred.
