Broad outline of the Role
- The role is part of the Human resource center of excellence and will support Learning and development. Responsible for Corporate Induction, Product Manager for Digital Learning platforms , Platform vendor management . Accordingly driving implementation of the processes, frameworks, or operational plans based on the organization and business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications &
Experience
- MBA or a post graduate degree in HR
- 3-7 years of experience in HR
Other Knowledge &
Skills
- Understanding of HR domains (past L&D; exp. prefered)
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes
- Analytics and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute an impactful recent joiner experience via Corporate Induction.
- Responsible for driving digital learning (adoption, completion) as product manager of some digital learning platforms.
- Responsible for coordinating with Digital Learning Platform Vendors , for seamless platform experience.
- Ensure delivery and implementation of key programs and initiatives.
- Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct need analysis.
- Use data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities that impact the business. Gathers and analyse data to identify root causes of issues and trends.
- Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location.
- Support the development and design of framework, processes.
