Broad outline of the Role

- Responsible for closing technical solutions for customer non-standard requirement, MOFN requirements, Critical RFPs & support to Sales/Solutions/Product. Should have good communications skills, aggressive attitude & able to handle sales escalation efficiently. Should have worked upon DWDM, OTN, Ethernet/Packet technology & should know IP-MPLS/networking fundamentals

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Technical/ Engineering degree with 4-10 years of relevant experience

Other Knowledge & Skills

- Valuable communication & interaction skills
- Experience in designing technical solutions
- Experience in DWDM/OTN/Ethernet/Packet
- Goof knowledge of AI tools
- Good technical knowledge of IP/MPLS
