Assistant Manager - Branch Operations and Marketing

We are looking for suitable candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Cochin branch.
- Coordinate and manage sales and marketing activities for the Koode segment.
- Handle and coordinate the marketing team and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute towards achieving branch business targets.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors for marketing execution.
- Contribute to Koode brand development and visibility through influencer marketing, celebrity marketing, social media campaigns, events and other relevant brand-building initiatives.
- Identify and develop opportunities for local partnerships, influencers and promotional collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates/reports to management.




- Ensure smooth coordination of all branch-related administrative and operational activities.
- Take ownership of the branch and proactively identify opportunities for business growth and brand development.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Sales and Marketing functions, preferably with experience in handling both areas.
- Prior experience in team handling / team coordination will be preferred.
- Should have positive communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Should be capable of working independently and taking ownership of a new setup.
- Exposure to digital marketing, influencer marketing, celebrity marketing, social media promotions or brand development will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from a practical, hands-on sales/marketing background are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
