- Overall responsibility for financial planning and management across all group companies.
- Manage accounts, audits, and statutory compliances across all entities.
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and variance reporting for CFS and group operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure timely revenue realization and payments to service providers.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of receivables and payables.
- Perform financial and commercial analysis to drive business performance and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements; coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, auctioneers, and tax authorities, including the Income Tax and GST departments.
- Coordinate with the tax team to ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory dues.
- Liaise with overseas agents regarding finance-related matters.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary, BSE, and relevant authorities for compliance related to the listed company.
- Build, develop,

Educational Work Experience
- M.Com / MBA / PGDM in Finance.
- 410 years of relevant experience in Accounts Finance.
- Candidates with experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or CHA industry will be preferred.
IT Language Proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
