Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance with solid hands-on knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a relevant Engineering field.

Experience

4–8 years of experience in Plant Maintenance / Manufacturing. Candidates from FMCG, Food, Beverage, Dairy, Pharma, or Packaging industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery

- Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical faults
- Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, chillers, and production equipment
- Handle electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, starters, sensors, and basic PLC troubleshooting




- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns
- Plan critical spares and coordinate with vendors/service providers
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Lead and guide electricians and maintenance technicians
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure plant safety compliance
- Work on energy efficiency and maintenance cost reduction initiatives
