Job Summary :

Responsible for independently handling accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial records related to personal accounts, trusts, and directors accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all accounting and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and manage personal accounts of directors/promoters and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
- Handle accounting and financial records of trusts, including income, expenses, investments, donations, and other transactions.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Prepare personal and trust income-tax returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Assist in handling TDS, GST and other applicable tax compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other professionals for assessments and statutory matters.




- Prepare schedules, statements, MIS reports, and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Direct Taxation.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and TALLY Prime.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience :

- M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 15 years relevant experience in handling personal accounts, trust accounts, directors accounts, taxation, and compliance.
