Position: Assistant IT Manager
Department: Hotel Operations (IT)
Key Requirements:
✔ Computer Science qualification or equivalent
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop, Office 365, Apple iOS, UNIX
✔ Experience with PC, printer, network, and hardware troubleshooting
✔ Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi networks, POS systems, servers, backups, and cybersecurity
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Previous cruise ship experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboard IT infrastructure and network operations
- Maintain shipboard computer systems, servers, and peripherals
- Assist with cybersecurity and data integrity
- Provide technical support across all departments
- Support guest tracking, POS, Wi-Fi, and cashless systems
