Role Description The Assistant Audit Manager will support and lead audit engagements, including planning, executing, and reviewing audit procedures and working papers. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting and auditing standards. The role involves coordinating with clients to obtain information, clarifying audit findings, and preparing clear reports and documentation.

Manager will collaborate with senior team members to improve audit processes,



support training of junior staff, and contribute to quality control initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calicut.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial management concepts.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, including preparation, analysis, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Audits, including planning audit procedures, testing controls, and documenting findings in line with statutory and professional standards.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills, with the ability to identify trends, variances, and potential issues in financial data and internal controls.
- CA Intermediate is mandatory
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and audit software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a structured manner.
