Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate (B. Com, BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) students in Management & Commerce, specializing in:

1. General Management
2. Accounting
3. Finance

- Design, update, and develop curriculum and course materials for relevant subjects.
- Engage in academic planning and contribute to the development of new courses or programs.
- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, academic committees, and policy formulation.
- Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary academic and research projects.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / M. Com with Ph.D. or NET qualification from a recognized university.




- 1 to 5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience
- Solid subject knowledge and foundational understanding of core management concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates holding a Ph.D. in the mentioned specializations will be given preference.
