Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that support automation, workflow optimization, and customer interaction capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning models, implementing pattern recognition and neural network algorithms, and integrating AI components into production-grade software systems.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications,



optimize model performance, and ensure robust, scalable implementations. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience building and optimizing models for real-world applications.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for conversational interfaces, text analytics, or automation workflows.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices (e.g., Docker, REST APIs, microservices) for AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze business problems, design scalable solutions, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in automation, workflow optimization, or building AI-driven products is an advantage.
