Position: AI Engineer

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore & Belagavi

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Build Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Develop AI applications using Python and up-to-date machine learning frameworks.
- Apply Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques to improve LLM performance.
- Work with Transformer architectures and embedding models.
- Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI.
- Fine-tune LLMs/SLMs for domain-specific and code-generation applications.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, hallucination, bias, safety, and overall quality.
- Develop and implement AI guardrails for production GenAI applications.
- Contribute to AI architecture, engineering standards,



and the organization’s Generative AI roadmap.

Key Skills

- 6 years of overall software development experience.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade GenAI applications.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering.
- Understanding of Transformer-based LLM architectures and Embeddings.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with at least one Agentic AI framework, such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with LLM/SLM fine-tuning.
