It has expertise in international taxation, including IFRS (IndAS), supporting clients with complex financial reporting requirements.

The firm also specializes in registration and regular compliance for NGOs and non-profit organizations, ensuring adherence to Income Tax regulations. Team members gain exposure to diverse industries and a broad spectrum of tax and compliance matters.

Role Description The Article Chartered Accountant will work full time on-site at the New Delhi office, supporting a wide range of accounting, tax, and compliance activities. Daily responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, preparation and review of financial statements, and supporting direct and indirect tax filings. The role involves working on GST and Income Tax compliance, including return preparation, documentation, and responding to notices.

The team member will help in international taxation assignments, IndAS/IFRS-related work, and NGO/non-profit registration and ongoing compliance. The role also includes participating in audits,



preparing working papers, conducting research on tax and regulatory issues, and coordinating with clients to gather information and clarify queries.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures, preferably with exposure to IndAS/IFRS.
- Knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax laws, including Income Tax and GST compliance, return filing, and basic litigation support.
- Interest or experience in NGO and non-profit organization compliance, including registration and related Income Tax requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting or tax software, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret statutes and regulatory guidelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and a professional approach to client interaction and teamwork.
- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (Article position) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); prior internship or practical exposure in a CA firm is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a dynamic professional environment.
