Position: Internal Auditor

About the Role

We are looking for a CA Article Trainee / aspiring finance professional to join our Internal Audit team in the NBFC sector. The candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, reviewing financial and operational processes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in internal audit assignments for NBFC operations.
- Review financial and operational processes to identify risks, gaps, and control weaknesses.
- Assist in checking loan files, documentation, approvals, and transactions.




- Support audits related to loan disbursement, collections, recoveries, and customer accounts.
- Verify compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing audit working papers, observations, and audit reports.
- Perform data checking and reconciliation as required during audit assignments.
- Follow up on audit observations and assist in tracking corrective actions.
- Support senior team members in client/audit coordination and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- CA Article Trainee preferred.
- Candidates pursuing CA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance may also be considered.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, and financial processes.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Internal Audit / Risk / NBFC Audit will be preferred.
