Job DescriptionCompany: The Talent Keepers Job Title: Manager – Client Delivery & Business Development (HR Consulting) Location: Noida, Sector 58 Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary: The Talent Keepers is looking for a Manager – Client Delivery & Business Development to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT clients while driving new client onboarding for our recruitment consultancy. The role requires strong consultancy experience, client management, team leadership, and a revenue-driven mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: Business Development: • Drive current client acquisition, empanelment, and business growth • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and networking • Conduct client meetings, pitching, and commercial negotiations • Close hiring mandates and ensure quick onboarding of new clients • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through repeat, bulk, and exclusive mandates • Drive monthly revenue, billing, and collection targets • Track BD funnel, client-wise revenue, and billing MIS Client Delivery:



• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple IT & Non-IT clients • Handle requirement intake, JD understanding, and hiring strategy planning • Ensure timely closures as per client SLAs and quality benchmarks • Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve team targets • Track delivery metrics, closures, CV ratios, and recruiter productivity • Handle client escalations, feedback, and service improvement • Coordinate with management on revenue, billing, and forecasts • Ensure adherence to consultancy processes, SOPs, and compliance Key Skills & Requirements: • Min 5 Yrs of relevant experience in recruitment consultancy (IT & Non-IT staffing) • Proven expertise in new client acquisition, client delivery, and account management • Strong business development and revenue generation skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management • Hands-on experience with job portals (Na
