n Position Overview
nThis is a Government Partnerships and S2P (Student to Skilled) Implementation Role. You will be responsible for strengthening AUEF’s engagement with government departments, DIETs, schools and PU colleges to enable effective implementation and scale-up of the Students to Professionals (S2P) Career Planning Program.
nYou will work closely with government stakeholders to translate program vision, government priorities and commitments into effective implementation and measurable student impact across schools and PU colleges.
nYou will play a critical role in strengthening the Government–AUEF partnership and ensuring that implementation learning, field insights and evidence of impact are systematically captured and translated into stronger processes, tools and scalable models for S2P.



The ultimate focus of the role will be to ensure that government partnerships lead to better program delivery, stronger institutional ownership and meaningful outcomes for students.
n Key Responsibilities
n Government Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
n● Work closely from government offices and with relevant officials to understand priorities, resolve implementation issues and enable smooth execution of S2P.
n● Act as a primary point of contact for government departments, DIETs and other institutional stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, coordination and follow-up.
n● Participate in government meetings, reviews and consultations, communicate the S2P vision and build support for its integration within existing systems.
n● Work closely with government officials and field-level structures to monitor progress, identify gaps, resolve challenges and ensure agreed actions are completed.
n● Enable government stakeholders to actively participate in S
