Role Description The Articled Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, including vouching, verification of financial records, walkthroughs of internal controls, and preparation of working papers.

Responsibilities include assisting in tax computations, filing tax returns, and supporting tax assessments and compliance activities. The role also involves participation in risk advisory and due diligence assignments by collecting data, performing basic analytical procedures, and preparing draft reports.

The Articled

Assistant will maintain documentation, coordinate with clients for information,



and adhere to professional and ethical standards. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Registered CA student (IPCC/Intermediate cleared or as per applicable regulations), with an interest in audit, taxation, and advisory work.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, basic auditing techniques, and direct and indirect tax concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and common accounting or ERP software; ability to work with large data sets and financial statements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Prior internship or practical exposure in a CA firm is an advantage; familiarity with Indian accounting and tax regulations is preferred.
