Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for surgical equipment in the assigned territory.

- Develop and implement territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for surgical portfolio.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

- Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 5–8 years of sales experience in medical devices/pharmaceuticals, with at least 2–3 years in surgical equipment sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing hospital accounts.

- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and hospital procurement processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
