Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Chennai.
Roles & Resposibilities
- Responsible for Sales of the entire range of products for the assigned territory.
- Handling distribution network of the assigned territory.
- Expanding the coverage by aggressive Sales promotion activities.
- Responsible for recruiting sales team and team handling.
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with Super Stockiest, Distributors & Retailers etc.
- Work in line with company's vision and policy.
- Desired Profile: Candidates having relevant experience in FMCG Sales of Packaged foods .
- Valuable communication skills, relationship building skills, team handling skills, Presentation skills
- Capable to Appoint Super Stockiest and Distributor
- Candidate Must be front line Manager with stockiest handling and sales team (consisting SO/SR)
- Ready to join immediately.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 Years in FMCG
- Qualification : Any Degree
- Salary CTC: 4 lacs & above
