Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Article Assistants (CA/CMA trainees) to join our team. The role provides comprehensive exposure to accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and advisory assignments, enabling trainees to gain practical experience and develop skilled competence during their Articleship training.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits, including documentation, working papers, and audit reports.
- Support in preparation and filing of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Perform accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for clients across industries.
- Conduct research and analysis on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in management consultancy assignments, financial analysis, and business support services.
- Prepare working notes, schedules, and compliance checklists as part of audit/tax engagements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to professional standards and timelines.

Learning & Development Opportunities

- Hands-on exposure to direct and indirect taxation,



corporate law compliance, and financial reporting.
- Practical training in audit methodology, risk assessment, and internal controls evaluation.
- Experience in using accounting software, ERP systems, and productivity tools.
- Continuous learning under the guidance of experienced Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants.

Eligibility Criteria

- Students registered with ICAI (CA) or ICMAI (CMA) for Articleship/Practical Training.
- Completed required group(s) of CA Inter / CMA Inter as per institute regulations.
- Strong academic foundation in accounting, taxation, and auditing concepts.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Adambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
