Role Overview:

All Scents is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our Exclusive Brand Outlets across the West Region. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, team management skills, and a passion for achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales performance of multiple retail stores
- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams
- Monitor store operations, inventory, and customer experience
- Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management
- Experience managing multiple stores/outlets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Preferred background in Beauty, Fragrance, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Retail brands
- Willingness to travel within the region
