Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for cardiovascular products in the assigned territory.

- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals.

- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and strengthen Teleflexs presence in cardiovascular solutions.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

- Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 58 years of sales experience in the medical devices/pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in cardiovascular or related therapeutic areas.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular products, procedures, and hospital procurement processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
