Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and tea m Work with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and productio n Lead design effort and client presentations, support client relationship s Collaborate with Design Manager(s) to deliver projects on tim e Coordinate with consultant s Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solution s Mentor junior and intermediate design staf f Produce graphic presentations, 3 D renderings, and construction drawing s Oversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawing s Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordinatio n Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning program s Participate in firm marketing, industry events and project interview s Collaborate with design talent across the firm to elevate the quality of our work overal l Must be able to plan ahead and anticipate the project’s needs in order to maintain goals and objectives of the project,

Skil ls: Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project t eam Proficiency in the use of 2 D/3 D software, including Revit, Auto CAD, 3 D Studio MAX, Sketchup, Photo Shop & In Des ign Understanding Blueb eam Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building co des Strong presentation ski lls Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same t ime Solid graphic and visualization skills to communicate design id eas Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relations hip A deep understanding of - and experience with - urban, resort and/or mixed use hospitality proje cts Candidate should hold BArch Deg ree A high level of technical competence and a thorough understanding of building syst ems
