Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for the following:

Architect (Hospitality Projects): The role involves detailed knowledge of architectural space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services co-ordination, GFC documentation and drawings for a range of premium hotel projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient project management,



client communication and the development of innovative and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture

1-3 years of work experience in hospitality and institutional projects.

Relevant experience in hospitality design essential, with the ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of projects.

Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software.

Solid knowledge of materials and detailing.

Project Management expertise to oversee project timelines and deliver on objectives.

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
