Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and supporting documentation for approvals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, integrating structural and MEP inputs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
The Architect will participate in client meetings, assist in project planning, and monitor design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
The position requires consistent presence at the office and project sites to support coordination, reviews, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning tasks, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration when working with design and BIM tools, ensuring smooth integration of digital workflows.
- Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiar with building codes and regulations.
- Candidates should have a recognized professional degree in Architecture and relevant experience in architectural practice, preferably with exposure to Indian urban and commercial projects.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple assignments.
- Candidates with experience in sustainability, green building standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams will be considered favorably.
