Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Aluva. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and supervising construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities also include integrating architectural designs with project requirements, ensuring functional and aesthetic harmony, and adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to create detailed and innovative building plans
- Experience in Project Management,



including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Understanding of Integration between architectural designs and project requirements to ensure coherence and functionality
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, visualization tools, and architectural software
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Robust technical skills, attention to detail, creative problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in construction management and understanding of building regulations and codes is a plus
