Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of residential and mixed-use projects while working closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams.

This role offers exposure to the complete project lifecycle—from concept development and design documentation to site coordination and project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & Documentation

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and design concepts.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Support the preparation of design development and construction documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and project requirements.

3D Visualization & Presentation
- Create architectural presentations, mood boards, and concept decks.
- Prepare 3D models and visualizations for design reviews and client presentations.
- Assist in material, façade, and interior concept development.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure integration with architectural designs.
- Participate in design review meetings and project discussions.

Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.




- Assist in resolving site-related design and construction issues.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent.

Research & Material Selection
- Research architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques.
- Assist in selecting finishes, fixtures, and materials for projects.
- Support the development of design standards and specifications.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Basic understanding of Revit (preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
- Strong architectural detailing and drafting skills
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred
