Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vadodara. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and creating detailed design documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior consultants; ensuring designs comply with local regulations and codes; and participating in client meetings to refine requirements and present design proposals.

The role also involves supporting project planning, monitoring design progress, and assisting with tender documentation and site coordination as needed. The Architect is expected to collaborate with internal teams, maintain organized project files,



and contribute to quality and design consistency across all assignments.

Qualifications

- Min. 2 Years of Qualified Experience
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and compliant solutions.
- Experience with Integration of architectural work with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines, ensuring cohesive and coordinated project delivery.
- Exposure to Software Development or architecture-related software workflows, CAD customization, or interoperability between design tools) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Project Management for design phases, including planning tasks, tracking deliverables, and communicating risks and dependencies.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
- Hands-on skills with CAD tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp), and familiarity with visualization or rendering software.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Vadodara and Gujarat.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple projects or deadlines responsibly.
