Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Kochi. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating architectural, interior, and landscape elements for ongoing projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, meeting with clients, integrating feedback, and refining design solutions from concept through detailed design.

The role also involves preparing documentation for execution, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring design intent is maintained during construction. The Architect is expected to participate in design reviews, maintain project timelines,



and contribute to a studio culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.
- Ability to coordinate architecture, interior, and landscape elements in an integrated design approach.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local regulations relevant to practice in Kochi.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Strong organizational abilities, including time management, adherence to deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Prior studio, firm, or internship experience in architecture or interior projects is preferred.
- Commitment to conscious, sustainable, and context-sensitive design practices.
