About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Finance Operations Associate to join our US client accounting process. The ideal candidate should have 0–1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), transaction processing, or a related finance operations role. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine appetite for learning recent technology and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Process AP, AR and finance-related transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review invoices, supporting documents and transaction details for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with invoice processing, payment-related activities, receivables follow-up and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and supporting documentation.
- Perform data entry and transaction validation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders through emails and calls.
- Follow up on pending information, approvals, documents or transactions.
- Learn and work with accounting software, ERP systems and other technology tools.




- Support routine finance operations and month-end activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in AP, AR, transaction processing, finance operations, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- High willingness to learn recent technologies and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, ownership and willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate

A smart and motivated finance graduate who communicates confidently, pays attention to detail, and is excited to learn and work with technology. Freshers with relevant internship/project exposure may also be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills, accounting fundamentals and a good learning attitude.
