We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our Analytics AI division within a leading hospital chain. This role involves supporting our analytics platform and AI-powered applications, including tools like AI Scribe, ensuring smooth operations and high availability. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, AI systems, and production support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the analytics platform and AI applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
- Support data pipelines and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Participate in weekend and rotational support shifts.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT/ECE or related fields).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- SQL and databases
- APIs and web applications
- Operating systems (Linux/Windows)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in Application or Product support
- Exposure to Python or scripting languages.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Basic understanding of DevOps.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools or ticketing systems.
- Interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare.
