About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various training programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of programs. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Education, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in program management, training coordination, or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and learning management systems. A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are highly valued. Prior experience in the education or training industry will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to facilitate smooth execution of programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor program progress, assess outcomes, and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
- Assist in the development of training materials, schedules,



and promotional content to attract and engage participants.
- Manage registration processes, participant communications, and feedback collection to enhance the overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, and financial transactions for reporting purposes.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and new initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
