About the Role

We are looking for an API Developer / CRM Integration Developer who can develop, maintain, and integrate APIs with our CRM systems and third-party platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend development knowledge and hands-on experience with REST APIs, API integrations, databases, authentication, webhooks, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize REST APIs and backend services.
- Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications and platforms.
- Work on CRM APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, and automation.
- Integrate services such as WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Payment Gateways, Lead Management and other third-party APIs.
- Handle API authentication, including API Keys, OAuth 2.0, tokens, etc.
- Design and manage data flow between CRM, websites, applications, and external platforms.
- Work with databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
- Debug API issues, integration failures, data mismatches, and performance issues.
- Develop secure, scalable,



and well-documented APIs.
- Coordinate with the development and digital marketing teams to understand CRM and automation requirements.
- Test APIs using tools such as Postman and ensure proper error handling and logging.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON and API integration
- Hands-on experience with Node.js / PHP / Python / Java or similar backend technology
- Experience with CRM API integration
- Knowledge of Webhooks and third-party API integrations
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and API authentication
- Good knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Experience with Postman
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience integrating WhatsApp APIs, SMS APIs, Email APIs and Payment Gateways
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS / Google Cloud
- Experience with automation and CRM workflows
- Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus
