Role Description The Analyst role at ROWSTEL is a hybrid position based in Kozhikode, with some flexibility for working from home. The Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to property performance, occupancy, pricing, and customer behavior to support strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities include preparing regular reports and dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization, and supporting forecasting and budgeting activities. The role also involves collaborating with operations, sales,



and product teams to translate insights into practical recommendations and process improvements. The Analyst will help evaluate recent market opportunities, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and basic statistical methods.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools; familiarity with SQL or similar is an advantage).
- Ability to present complex information clearly through reports, charts, and dashboards, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and a structured approach to documentation and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in proptech, real estate, or hospitality, and understanding of basic business and financial concepts (e.g., revenue, occupancy, costs).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kozhikode, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in an analytical or operations role in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
