The ideal candidate should have 1.6years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting, with good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer-related problems Install, configure,



and maintain operating systems and applications Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and qualified manner Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or warranty claims Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions Required Skills: Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic networking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1.6years of relevant experience Any graduate or diploma in IT/Computer Science preferred Immediate joiners will be given preference Contact Detail: Suman Sharma
