Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and commercial management.

- Experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, and payment certification.

- Knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration practices.

- Proficiency in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.

- Solid analytical and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.

- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
