Job Summary

As an Analog Circuit Design Engineer, the role involves designing and developing analog circuits for diverse applications, with a focus on optimal performance and power efficiency.

The role includes:

- Simulating circuit behavior and creating prototypes.
- Refining designs to address noise interference, signal integrity, and thermal management challenges.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analog circuits into broader systems.
- Conducting comprehensive validation testing to ensure reliability and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Be responsible for team-level decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and review of analog circuit design methodologies to enhance project outcomes.




- Mentor junior engineers and support their qualified growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align design objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Analog Circuit Design.
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit simulation tools and techniques.
- Experience in addressing noise, signal integrity, and thermal performance challenges in circuit design.
- Ability to prototype and fine-tune analog circuits for various applications.
- Familiarity with integrating analog circuits into complex systems and performing validation testing.

Additional Information

- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.
- 8+ years relevant experience preferred.
- Position is based at the Bengaluru office.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
