About the Job In this conversion-focused role, you will design high-quality A+ Content and visual assets that highlight key benefits, address customer questions, build trust, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

- Design Standard and Premium Amazon A+ Content, including comparison charts, features, and brand storytelling.
- Develop responsive visual hierarchies for desktop and mobile.
- Translate product features into clear, compelling customer advantages.
- Create, optimize,



and adapt listing images across product lines while maintaining brand consistency.
- Iterate designs using performance data, customer feedback, competitor analysis, and team testing.

What We're Looking For

- Proven Amazon A+ design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or Figma and understanding of ecommerce conversion principles.
- Ability to communicate benefits visually with minimal copy.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s A+ specifications and content requirements.
- Strong detail orientation, independence, and fast turnaround.
- Skill in editing or retouching product photography.

Necessary Skills

- Experience with Premium A+ Content and listing image galleries.
- Understanding of Amazon CRO, mobile-first design, and Seller Central basics.
- Familiarity with AI design and editing tools.
